Big Fish Realty is located in the heart of the Northwoods of Wisconsin.  With its offices in Minocqua - it is easy to reach out to all areas of Vilas and Oneida Counties as well as Price, Forest, Langlade and Lincoln.  The towns of Eagle River, Sayner and Sugar Camp are in our backyard and this is where we do business.  With nearly 20 years in recreational land and home sales - our experience and knowledge of lakes, rivers and public lands is evident.  We are affiliated with the local multiple listing service (MLS) and participate with all other brokers in the area.

Pat Van Hefty is a veteran in recreational real estate brokerage. Having worked for the Northern Wisconsins largest land developer in the 1990's and then for the largest conventional brokerage house in the area for 7 years - he has a wealth of knowledge in what goes on and what it takes to make things happen.
