Dateline- Spring 2012 - I guess that Easter, St. Patricks Day and Spring Break is upon us.  The big snows of early March have faded quickly with the advent of warm temps. Very soon the trees will bud and we'll be rolling right into summer.  Hot properties right now should be income producing properties for investor types  - here in the Northwoods - there seems to be a big need for good monthly rentals.   Note that there are still some incredible deals out there with all types of properties - motivated sellers on lakefront properties especially.
